Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice to explain our practices. We will continue to send you a copy of the privacy policy should there be any updates to it.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information you provide.
Digital Memories periodically reviews and updates security measures to continually provide improved protection for Digital Memories customers.
To prevent misuse of your photos and videos and to protect your privacy, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure your personal property. Access to your photos and videos is strictly controlled both physically and electronically. Your photographs, videos, and digitized files are never shared with third parties. Access is granted only to employees of Digital Memories who are responsible for processing your images and videos and delivering the Flashback services that you request.
Digital Memories is not responsible for any loss or damage to photos, albums, or video tapes while performing the service, nor shall it be responsible for any loss or damage caused by any third party delivery services.
Upon registration with Digital Memories, we ask you to provide us with certain information which may include name, delivery address, email address and phone number. We use this information to establish our customer database. We use the email address and phone number you provide to send notices and updates to you about the status of your order(s) and our services.
We use the information you provide only to complete your order and for billing purposes. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order. For example, in order to ship the product and confirm delivery (shipping company) and to bill you for goods and services (transaction processor). We may disclose your information if required to do so by law. We may use the email address and phone number you provide to us to confirm order specification, shipment delivery and to answer or ask questions associated with completing orders. We may use your contact information to occasionally send you information on our services and newsletters and, out of respect for your privacy, we present the option not to receive these types of communications. Finally, we never use or share information provided to us in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
Payments must be made via payment link or cash on delivery, within 7 days from receiving the Invoice and prior to receiving the delivery.
If you decide to cancel your order after it has been picked up, or if all of your items cannot be digitized, a cancellation fee of AED 50 will be charged upon returning your items.
